Joshua is a lifelong resident of the North County were he was raised in the Templeton School District. He currently resides in Paso Robles with
his wife and two children. Joshua has been involved in the local
construction/building industry since 1995 and has a passion for the ever growing region as well as the future development of the area. Joshua specializes in the fields of new construction, land development, and real estate investments both residential and commercial.
