Alicia Bartlett was first licensed in 1994 and has been serving her clients' on the central coast with great enthusiasm, honesty & integrity since 2004.  She absolutely loves her job and finds it extremely rewarding to help both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.  She also prides herself on going above and beyond their expectations.

Alicia received a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Cal State University Northridge in 1992.  Her education coupled with her work experience contributes to her effective communication, excellent negotiation and good listening skills.

Alicia is happily married with her husband Tom of twelve years. Together they have three beautiful children ranging in age from five to ten.  Alicia loves being a mom and spends her time outside of real estate enjoying her family.
