I am Pete Dakin, the owner/broker of RE/MAX Parkside Real Estate. I specialize in vineyard, acreage, ranch, and luxury estate sales.

My partner, Carolyn McNairn, and I have both been realtors for over 20 years and we work as a team to provide superlative client service. Both of us are active in many civic organizations such as The Paso Robles Vintners & Growers Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Library Foundation Board. Carolyn is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and I am an alumnus of Dartmouth College. I belong to the Paso Robles Rotary Club, I was honored as Roblan of the Month in February of 2000, and  I was the chairman of our annual Wine Festival in 1998 and 1999. I also served on the Paso Robles City Planning Department as chairman in 1994.

Our combined experience in the local market enables us to add value to the purchasing process through our contacts in lending, surveying, well drilling and construction. Our mission is to make available all the information necessary so that our clients can make a successful decision.
